Justin has owned and operated Cross Over Tattoo on the Historic Bayfront in Newport Oregon for over 20 years. After that time the family has moved to a 9 acre ranch in the Toledo Or. area and relocated his studio to a new location on the ranch. The new studio provides a clean, unique, one on one private, relaxing, and comfortable appointment only atmosphere that allows Justin and the client to be able to focus on the art experience with no outside disruptions or distractions
